Level (B) Technician

Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership in Southern California within 5 locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:

(The following duties for the position listed shall include but not limited to)

• Capable of performing routine maintenance on any product sold in the dealership.
• Capable of performing basic diagnostics with lead assistance.
• Ability to do pre-delivery inspections of new units.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
• Follow departmental dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Solid technical and / or mechanical skills.
• Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
• Ownership of complete set of tools.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions present at that time.
• Work performed in a shop setting, as well as exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.
• Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.

• Own M1 license.

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.
