We’re searching for an Associate Veterinarian to join a 4 DVM team in Redondo Beach, CA.
I’m working exclusively with a well-established small animal hospital that has been a trusted part of its community for over two decades. This is a full-service general practice with a strong reputation for high-quality medicine, loyal clients, and a genuinely supportive internal culture. The hospital operates from a clean, modern facility designed to support efficient workflows and high clinical standards, allowing doctors to focus on practicing excellent medicine without unnecessary friction.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of four experienced DVMs, supported by a large, hands-on, proactive support staff. The hospital places a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared decision-making, with an environment that welcomes new ideas while maintaining consistent medical standards. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian looking for stability or a newer graduate seeking mentorship, there is structure, guidance, and flexibility to support your professional growth.
The caseload is varied and engaging, covering preventive care, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and urgent cases as needed. The practice is well-equipped to support thorough workups and confident case management, and leadership is invested in continuous learning, skills development, and long-term career satisfaction. The overarching philosophy is simple: excellent patient care starts with well-supported veterinarians.
Ideally, we would welcome a DVM to join the clinic on either a 4 or 5-day working week with flexibility to suit your needs. They open on Saturdays for a half day and expect their DVMs to rotate the responsibilities of this, meaning every fourth or fifth week, you would cover a Saturday shift.
