Showroom Attendant; E-bike Salesperson

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom Attendant (Vendor) to join our vibrant retail environment.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand within the showroom, ensuring an engaging and organized space that highlights our products and brand identity. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, visual design, and brand management within a fast-paced setting.

• Base : $20/hr
• Commission : up to $600/mo based on results (some considered indicators are : bike sales, accessories sales, customer satisfaction)

• Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values
• Conduct product demos and test rides
• Match customers to the right bike for their use case
• Drive accessory attachment on every transaction as part of the natural sales conversation
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroom according to brand guidelines
• Capture structured customer feedback and surface patterns to your management
• Track own daily conversion metrics and report weekly to your management
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and conducting inventory control checks
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks such as merchandising setup, customer assistance, and inventory checks

• 2+ years in direct, commission, or results-measured sales (retail, consumer goods, hospitality)
• Demonstrated closing track record - can point to conversion metrics or revenue outcomes from past roles
• Availability Friday through Sunday (non-negotiable for scheduling fit)
• Physically able to conduct test rides and assist with bike demos
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with strong communication abilities
