Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Freight Sales Inside Sales Representative for an on‑site opportunity in the Torrance and Redondo Beach, CA area. This role is ideal for a sales‑driven logistics professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong client relationships, and creating customized freight solutions across domestic and international transportation modes.

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and ongoing client outreach.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships with shippers and logistics clients.
• Prepare freight quotes for operations, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, customer follow‑ups, and CRM documentation.
• Partner closely with operations to ensure accurate service delivery and a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and profit goals.

• Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Commission available as a bonus.
