Job Title:
Full-Time Vehicle Salesperson / Product Specialist
Level: Experienced
Location:
Redondo Beach, CA
Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $ Base + Commission per year
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM. Days Off:
Sunday & Monday.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom.
- Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence.
- Stay current on all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications.
- Log every lead and customer interaction in the CRM.
- Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising.
- Work closely with the sales team and managers to achieve monthly goals.
- Hourly pay plus uncapped commission.
- Average annual earnings between $50,000 and $100,000; top performers exceed this.
