Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 located in Redondo Beach, CA. The position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, and CCTV coverage.
• Ensure all new construction projects are reviewed for security compliance.
• Provide physical security guidance on a variety of physical security issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and surveys as required.
• Prepare and maintain metrics.
• Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems.
• Maintain strong organizational skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Organized and efficient time management.
• Knowledge of Physical Security construction requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

• ICD 705 training.
• Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals.
• Experience overseeing installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, CCTV.
• Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMS).

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 – $. The salary range is a general guideline; factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills and market conditions influence the final offer.
