Meet is working with a growing commercial biotech here in the Bay Area looking to hire someone to handle the front desk and work as the Senior Workplace Experience Administrator.
Summary of RoleThey are seeking a detail‑oriented, service‑focused Senior Workplace Experience Administrator to support daily headquarters operations and ensure a seamless office experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. This highly visible, onsite role serves as a reliable point of contact for employees and leadership and requires consistent presence in the Redwood City, CA office.
Responsibilities Workplace & Facilities Support- Serve as the primary onsite administrator (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm).
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and guests.
- Ensure conference rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and meeting‑ready.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain a safe, professional office environment.
- Liaise with Property Management on maintenance, safety, and compliance matters.
- Maintain the Emergency Action Plan and emergency supplies.
- Provide responsive, high‑touch support to employees.
- Coordinate new‑hire onsite logistics (workspace setup, equipment, access).
- Support office meals, meetings, and events (setup and coordination).
- Identify ways to improve office processes and employee experience.
- Manage building access and security systems.
- Track expenses, review invoices, and assist with vendor payments.
- Oversee office equipment, supplies, shipping/receiving, and shredding.
- Support additional workplace projects as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office administration, or facilities support.
- Life Sciences, biotech, or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Professional, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Service‑oriented with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
