Adecco is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire an Operations Support Specialist I for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on operational support, administrative coordination, and working behind the scenes to keep healthcare services running smoothly.

This role is not patient-facing, but does support teams in a regulated healthcare and donor services environment.

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Operations Support Supervisor, you will support daily administrative and operational functions within the Operations Support department. This role plays a key part in maintaining documentation control, supply verification, equipment maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and distribute controlled documents across multiple locations, ensuring teams are using the most current materials

  • Verify incoming supplies, shipment details, lot numbers, and expiration dates in coordination with materials management

  • Order and manage office supplies and specialty equipment while maintaining inventory levels

  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and equipment repairs, including vendor communication

  • Process and report defective product documentation to vendors and quality teams

  • Maintain accurate supply and equipment records (digital and paper systems)

  • Support special projects and assist other Operations Support Specialists as needed

  • Follow all health, safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance policies

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Skills & Experience

  • Administrative or operational support experience preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal departments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
