This full-time, on-site Drywall Superintendent role is based in Redwood City, CA. The Drywall Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations of tenant improvement projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating schedules, supervising framing and carpentry tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety and project standards. The role also involves collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure project deadlines and expectations are met efficiently.

• Proficiency in Framing and Carpentry techniques
• Background in Commercial Construction and tenant improvement projects
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is a plus
