• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

• Weekday evenings with potential work on Saturday mornings.

• 3-5 hours per week, with the possibility of 10+ hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual or in-person hours.

• $22 per hour standard
• $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
• $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor

• Tutor 6th-12th grade students in ELA and Math with some science.
• Tutor College English‑Language Development (ELD) for one student.
• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer.
• In this role you will need to be able to meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements for this position.
• You can provide 3 professional references.
• You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits.
• You have at least one year of student‑related experience.
• You are detail‑oriented and highly dependable.
• You are an effective communicator.
• You have reliable transportation.
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired.
• You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar.
