• Make significant individual contributions that get used instantly and heavily by our customers.
• Leverage your orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team's velocity.
• Raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards.
• Mentor teammates to help them grow as architects and engineers.
• Work closely with product, design teammates and our clients to collectively define what we’re building.

• Collaborate well with engineering teammates and cross‑functionally, especially with designers and product managers.
• Give positive and constructive in‑the‑moment feedback and enjoy receiving the same.
• Be able to work in‑person a couple days a week at our Redwood City office.
• Have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Have written production software with at least one of Go, Type Script, or React.

• Worked in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with construction or building‑materials domain.
