Luma is seeking a simulation-focused engineer to define a faithful, controllable simulation substrate for training general-purpose robot policies. You’ll sit at the boundary between generative models and physics simulation, building environments and evaluation harnesses at scale.
In this hybrid role, you’ll own rich environments, differentiable and GPU-accelerated pipelines, asset generation, and collaborate with world-model and policy-learning researchers to advance sim-to-real performance.
