Dexterity is seeking a Field Service Engineer to keep robotic systems in peak condition at live customer warehouses. You will perform hands-on maintenance, hardware retrofits, and rapid troubleshooting on-site, acting as the technical face of Dexterity on deployment sites.
You’ll diagnose hardware and software issues using Linux/CLI, coordinate with HQ engineering, and help train customer staff while adhering to SLAs and safety standards. This role involves up to 50% travel.
