About Our OpportunitiesOur team members provide meaningful, hands‑on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both community‑based and on‑site settings. Whether serving as a Program Instructor, Direct Support Professional (Independent Living), Employment Specialist, Job Coach, or Job Developer
, you’ll play a direct role in helping individuals build skills, confidence, independence, and connection.

Education & ExperienceIn our approach to inclusive hiring, we recognize that traditional job qualifications have often excluded talented candidates from marginalized communities.

- Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)
No experience in the IDD field? That’s okay.
We provide training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.
- 3 years of a valid California Driver’s License/
- 3 years clean driving record (for driving positions)
- Proof of negative TB test
- Physical clearance verification
- 21 years of age for driving roles
