Our team members provide meaningful, hands‑on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both community‑based and on‑site settings. Whether serving as a Program Instructor, Direct Support Professional (Independent Living), Employment Specialist, Job Coach, or Job Developer

• Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)

No experience in the IDD field? That’s okay.
We provide training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

• 3 years of a valid California Driver’s License/
• 3 years clean driving record (for driving positions)
• Proof of negative TB test
• Physical clearance verification
• 21 years of age for driving roles
