Product Operations Programs Team Opportunity
The Product Operations Programs team has an exciting opportunity to assist the Testing Director, to coordinate and run the End to End (E2E) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Major Release Cycles. This new team is being created and is standardizing the UAT Testing criteria within Product Operations. This includes documenting best practices from current team members and to find more ways to continuously improve the existing process.
The UAT Coordinator will be responsible for communication between testers, IT, and appropriate stakeholders; ensure that test cases are loaded in the QA tool correctly and executed in a timely manner; and manage defect tracking and resolution.
