Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) — Informatica Product Operations & MDM Architecture
We are looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) to serve as the definitive technical authority for our Informatica Product Operations Portfolio, Master Data Management (MDM), and Informatica Platform Operations Architecture. As a senior individual contributor (IC), you will focus entirely on deep architectural execution, technical leadership, and intelligent engineering excellence. You will own the foundational data structures and platform strategies that power our enterprise — ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem operates as a pristine, highly scalable, and unified single source of truth.
A core focus of this role is modernizing our ecosystem by embedding AI-driven automation into deployment pipelines and architecting predictive, AI-powered monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure near-zero downtime.
What You'll Be Doing
- AI-Driven CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines
- Architect and optimize modern, automated deployment pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Copado) infused with AI capabilities
- Integrate AI tools into the CI/CD pipeline to automate static code analysis, predict deployment impacts, flag potential limit violations, and perform automated validation testing before code reaches production
- Explore and implement intelligent, automated rollback mechanisms and self-healing scripts within the deployment environment to minimize pipeline friction
- AI-Powered Monitoring, Observability & Alerting
- Design and implement comprehensive observability frameworks using tools such as Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Native Monitoring tools.
- Implement AI/ML-driven anomaly detection to identify irregular data spikes, API failures, or system performance degradation before they impact end users
- Build smart alerting routing and automated runbooks that leverage machine learning to categorize, prioritize, and initiate self-remediation steps for common platform anomalies
- Platform Engineering & High-Scale Systems
- Own the technical health and scalability of the Informatica's platform, to forecast adoption growth against provisioned capacities with optimized finops methodology.
What We're Looking For — Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of deep technical experience in Enterprise Architecture, Dev Ops Engineering, or Informatica Engineering, operating at a Staff, Principal, or SMTS level
- Proven experience embedding AI/ML utilities into deployment pipelines (e.g., AI-augmented testing, automated code review) and managing complex branching strategies
- Strong background in enterprise monitoring and AI-driven anomaly detection tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical infrastructure autonomously as an elite Individual Contributor
- Systems-thinking mindset with a passion for building proactive, self-healing infrastructure that scales with business growth
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural tradeoffs and AI-driven telemetry insights to non-technical stakeholders
