ALead software development Solution Architect focused on Cloud software and Infrastructure Project Management. Based either San Francisco Bay Area OR Boston Area focusedon delivering high-quality Visual Assistance solutions at the forefront of designing, implementing, and deploying customized solutions that address our clients' unique needs.
Role Overview :Asthe Lead Solution Architect, you will identify technical challenges and createor adapt solutions to meet customer requirements. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders and experts across various business units, and managing a small team of developers in the San Francisco Bay Area Or Boston Areato bridge the gap between sales and product development, ensuring the delivery of top-tier Visual Assistance solutions and driving customer growth through innovative service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales Support:
Explain the structure, characteristics, and behaviour of platform to project stakeholders. - Solution Definition:
Define features, development phases, and requirements for each solution. - Specification Development:
Provide detailed specifications for solution management and delivery. - Resource Estimation:
Estimate the time and resources required for solution delivery. - Solution Development:
Build solutions as defined in the SOW, review code, and leverage our studio,APIs, and integrations. - Client Delivery:
Ensure client satisfaction through successful solution delivery. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with various business teams to enhance organizational efficiency. - Level3 Support:
Act as an escalation point for advanced support issues.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in software development, architecture, and implementation, preferably within B2BSaaS.
- Relationship Building:
Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors andend-users. - Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of software development processes and technical skills to identify risks and drive solutions. - Communication:
Ability to conveytechnical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Project Management:
Capable of managing and training a team of junior developers. - Organizational
Skills:
Excellent time management to keep projects on schedule and within budget. - Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, and databases. - Process Optimization:
