Starting pay of $133,000 - $156,000 per year depending on experience

This is an onsite role in Redwood City, CA; candidates must be able to reliably commute daily and relocation assistance is not provided. Monterra Credit Union also does not provide work visa sponsorship.

POSITION SUMMARY The Network Team Manager works closely with the VP, IS to align network solutions with Credit Union goals. This role is responsible for leading the network team, managing workflow, prioritizing work, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. The manager is also responsible for staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as implementing backup strategies and cross-training programs to support consistent operations.

Additionally, the Network Team Manager serves as the primary expert for network-related issues, provides guidance and support to the team, and acts as the primary point of contact for management communication.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Management:
Lead the network team by setting priorities, delegating work effectively, monitoring progress, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Workflow Administration:
Manage department workflow, including compiling and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor work volume and performance.

Staff Development:
Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members. Support team development by identifying strengths, addressing skill gaps, and implementing development plans.

Backup & Cross-Training:
Recommend and implement effective backup strategies and cross-training programs to ensure seamless work allocation within the team.

Expert Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for network-related questions and issues, providing expert guidance and support.

Computer Systems Supervision:
Oversee daily operations of computer systems, including hardware and software support, user training, and special projects.

Server Infrastructure Management:
Oversee network servers within a Windows environment and manage the virtualized server infrastructure.

Microsoft Administration Support:
Handle administrative tasks for Microsoft systems, including the Office Suite, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.Cloud Services Management:
Manage and support cloud-based services and platforms, including Microsoft, Google, and AWS environments, to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
