Authentic8 is seeking a seasoned System Administrator II to lead endpoint and SaaS platform support across our hybrid workforce. This is a hands‑on technical role with direct responsibility for provisioning, securing, and maintaining the systems our teams rely on. You'll drive improvements across Jamf, Intune, Azure, and our broader SaaS ecosystem. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, managing existing infrastructure from day one in a fast‑paced, security‑first environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvision, configure, and maintain macOS, Windows, and mobile endpoints
Administer cloud platforms:
Azure, GCP, Google Workspace, OktaBuild, maintain, and secure on‑premises and virtual server environments (Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux) using VMware vCenter
Manage and improve MDM platforms (Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune)
Package and deploy software to Apple and Microsoft devices
Administer Active Directory — Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain controller administration
Provide end‑user support for laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools, and authentication systems
Manage Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup policies, and IAM/RBAC
Troubleshoot escalated corporate Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN and hardware services
Oversee infrastructure backups
Document system configurations, procedures, and IT workflows
Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision — recognizing workflow inefficiencies and independently planning and implementing solutions to get results
5+ years as a IT systems administration (macOS, Windows, and mobile)
Proficient in macOS, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, iOS, and Android
5+ years experience with MDM (Jamf Pro and/or Intune), SaaS tools, and cloud identity systems (Okta, Azure AD/Entra )
Power Shell, Bash, or automation scripting experience
Proven hands‑on experience building and configuring Windows Server environments — bare metal or VM provisioning in VMware
Active Directory administration: domain controller operations, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP management
Experience managing Azure VMs, networking, storage, and IAM/RBAC
Experience supporting corporate networks: firewalls, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi
Skilled in enterprise software deployment and packaging
Experience with VMware vCenter and familiarity with Parallels Desktop
Experience using AI‑assisted tools to improve IT operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow automation
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Relevant hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical field (degree or equivalent experience)
Must be able to work from our Redwood City office (2–3 days per week)
