To learn more, visit  The Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain will oversee comprehensive clinical supply activities, including demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, packaging and labeling plans, depot and site resupply, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical supply planning experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to align supply chain operations with Corcept's clinical objectives.

Position may require :10–15% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Review clinical study protocols and dosing schemas and translate them into Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) demand and supply planning requirements
  • Support 9- to 18-month demand and supply forecasting, translating forecasts into clinical packaging and labeling execution plans and implementing depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand and minimize expiry risk
  • Identify supply chain opportunities and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and use scenario planning to reduce disruption, strengthen resilience, and ensure continuity of supply during disruptions or unforeseen events
  • Perform tasks in systems (e.g., IRT, Veeva, etc.) to facilitate compliant and efficient progression of IMP through the supply chain
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping at depots through timely reconciliations
  • Obtain and review service provider quotes, approve purchase requisitions, and reconcile invoices
  • Establish and maintain planning processes and SOPs
  • Partner with Logistics management and external partners to monitor and resolve shipping-related issues, escalating matters to senior leadership as needed
  • Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment, timely communication, and effective execution

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Solid understanding of inventory strategies, shelf‑life management, and supply risk mitigation within regulated environments
