Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Operations Manager, based in Redwood City, CA. The Club Operations Manager will oversee daily operations including staff training, customer service, scheduling, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and preparedness across the facility. The role involves leading a team, managing the lead to client process, managing administrative duties, improving member satisfaction, and collaborating with clients and the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient operational experience.

The Club Operations Manager will also maintain a productive and welcoming environment that aligns with PMPT’s mission of proactive and compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead the hiring, scheduling, training, and professional development of all support staff, including administrative, desk, and cleaning teams.
  • Drive Lead to Client Conversion:
    Managing the full client onboarding pipeline ensuring all strategic touchpoints are executed to maximize client enrollment and satisfaction.
  • Facility Excellence:
    Administer rigorous checklists to maintain elite standards of cleanliness and operational readiness.

    Experience:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for member concerns, professionally handling feedback, billing, and contract requests (freezes/cancellations/Superbills/LMN's).
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee the lead management process, gym membership sales, assist in payment collections, and execute club-wide initiatives.
  • Maintenance & Safety:
    Conduct regular facility walk-throughs with vendors and mechanics; ensure equipment and facility issues are reported and repaired expeditiously.
  • Administrative Oversight:
    Manage payroll processing/approval and employee relations, including performance and attendance.
  • Financial Control:
    Establish expense controls for club supplies and maintain operations at or below the allotted budget.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Ensure the club atmosphere (music, temperature, signage) consistently meets brand expectations.
  • Systems Management:
    Oversee the administration of all club operational systems and new hire onboarding.
