What You’ll Lead- Manage daily showroom operations and sales floor performance
- Desk and structure deals while protecting gross profit
- Coach and develop Sales Consultants to improve closing ratios and CSI
- Drive new and pre‑owned sales performance
- Monitor CRM compliance, appointment show rates, and follow‑up standards
- Ensure seamless handoffs to F&I and delivery teams
- Align inventory strategy, pricing, and merchandising with market demand
- Reinforce Land Rover brand standards and hospitality expectations
- Structured sales process and defined playbooks
- Transparent performance tracking and KPI accountability
- Strong digital and showroom traffic
- Weekly one‑on‑ones and performance reviews
- Leadership culture focused on preparation, discipline, and follow‑through
- Achieve monthly and quarterly store sales objectives
- Maintain strong front‑end gross performance
- Support F&I penetration through proper deal structure
- Maintain CSI at or above manufacturer benchmarks
- Ensure 100% CRM and compliance adherence
- Build a culture of consistency and accountability
- 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience (luxury or high‑line preferred)
- Strong desking and negotiation expertise
- Proven track record of driving gross and volume
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Data‑driven mindset with comfort managing KPIs
- Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
