GMP Operator

The Manufacturing Associate supports production operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment setup, operation, cleaning, routine maintenance, and ensuring production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing and production line activities
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain production equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on small equipment
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and site quality standards
• Support team goals for production, quality, and on-time delivery
• Work in cleanroom environments and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP and batch record documentation
