Job Title: RN Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Job Location: Redwood City, CA 94063
Job Duration: 13 Weeks | Possibility of Extension
Shift: Nights Shift | 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM | 3 12 Hours
Pay: Local $80/hr on W2
The ICU RN provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. The nurse is responsible for patient assessment, care planning, treatment, continuous monitoring, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient health status and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer treatments and medications according to established standards.
- Develop and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and infection-control standards.
- 1+ year of recent ICU RN experience.
- Active California RN License
- BLS, ACLS & NIHHS
