School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Redwood , California

Exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) seeking a meaningful role supporting students in a Pre-K setting. This contract position is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about making a difference in early childhood education. Your key responsibility will be accompanying a pre-kindergarten student on the school bus each day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing from pick-up to drop-off.

Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, beginning with a pick-up at 8:45am and concluding drop-off at 11:40amproviding a consistent 15-hour workweek and leaving Thursdays free. Youll have the unique chance to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff, all while helping shape a supportive learning environment.

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or special needs experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Empathetic communicator and patient caregiver

• Accompanying and supervising student safely on the bus to and from school
• Assisting with students medical and physical needs during transportation
• Maintaining regular communication with school staff and family regarding daily routines
• Documenting care provided in accordance with guidelines
• Following all protocols to ensure student safety and privacy
