Senior Research Associate, Biomedical Discovery Research Engagement: 6+ month contract

Location:

Onsite Pay Rate: $47–$55/hour Required Hands-On Laboratory Experience (Must Have)

Candidates must demonstrate experience executing and interpreting data from lab experiments, including hands-on experience with
:

• Western blot
• qRT-PCR
• ddPCR
• Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
• Mammalian cell culture
• Cell Titer-Glo

As a Senior Research Associate within the Translational Research team in the Biomedical Discovery Research Department
, you will contribute to cutting-edge translational research focused on novel RAS pathway inhibitors
.

• Conduct in vivo pharmacology studies and collaborate cross-functionally on resistance modeling, including:
• Antitumor activity evaluation
• PK/PD profiling of novel anti-cancer agents
• Assist study directors with:
• CRO study logistics
• In-house sample processing and analysis
• Analyze experimental data and present findings at internal meetings
• Collaborate closely with biologists, chemists, pharmacologists, and data scientists to generate novel insights into RAS-addicted cancers
• Participate in hands-on training across techniques commonly used in preclinical pharmacology studies

• Master’s degree in biosciences, pharmacology
  , or a related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior cancer research experience in:
• Academic laboratories or
• Industry oncology drug discovery settings
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation, record keeping, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to execute and interpret experimental data (see required lab experience above)
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and applying research toward patient benefit

• Background in cancer biology and signal transduction
  , particularly RAS/MAPK signaling pathways
• Experience with small molecule inhibitors
• Additional relevant laboratory experience in oncology research
