Research Scientist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist to join our Analytical Development team. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of industry or academic experience and a strong foundation in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or a related field. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to method development, sample analysis, and data interpretation in support of drug discovery and development programs.
MajorResponsibilities Include:
- BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline (PhDs with relevant experience may apply).
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in an academic or industry setting.
- Hands‑on experience with HPLC is required.
- Experience working with polymeric systems or suspensions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other analytical techniques (e.g., UV‑Vis, LC‑MS, GC) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- The base pay range for this position is expected to be $85, annually.
- Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, capabilities, and experience.
- The total compensation package for this position also includes equity, bonus, and benefits.
