We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support a long-term project backfill initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development, strong PL/SQL expertise, and a solid background working with Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role requires onsite presence in a hybrid model and close collaboration with internal technical teams.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle APEX
• Perform implementation, migration, upgrade, and configuration of Oracle APEX applications
• Upgrade existing APEX applications to newer versions (v24/v25)
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support Oracle E-Business Suite integrations
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning to ensure optimal application performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, and scalability

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of strong, hands‑on Oracle APEX development experience
• Extensive experience with Oracle APEX (v24/v25 preferred)
• 8+ years of strong PL/SQL development experience
• Solid knowledge and exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Proven experience upgrading Oracle APEX applications to higher versions
• Strong experience in APEX implementation, migration, configuration, and upgrades
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
