• Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to translate market needs into reliable, low‑latency agent capabilities and automated degradation strategies.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership, demonstrating a strong foundation in distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.
• Proven expertise in building real‑time, low‑latency systems involving streaming, Web Sockets, or telephony infrastructure (STT/TTS, WebRTC, or SIP).
• Active daily user of AI coding assistants with a deep interest in LLM‑powered application frameworks like Live Kit, Lang Graph, or Vercel AI SDK.
