• Hands‑on design, development, and support of software products and solutions
• Collaborate with product management and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Define the vision for the product and maintain a cohesive vision throughout the process
• Create a product roadmap based on this vision, manage the product backlog, and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development
• Work with the product team and end‑users to deliver updates and status reports
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Develop unit test plans, test suites, and perform tests on software solutions
• Solve bugs, engage in troubleshooting, and interact with the internal developer community
• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of new technologies to meet the demand for the product roadmap and technology platform goals
• Advocate and follow best design and development practices adhering to engineering standards
• Participate in the design and peer code review process

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in Java and the Java Spring framework
• 2+ years of experience working closely with product management and/or clients
• Experience in REST API development
• Experience with messaging services such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Hands‑on experience with public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and virtualization technologies
• Solid understanding of AI, LLMs, agentic AI concepts and applying them at work
• Agile‑Scrum methodology experience in a software development team
• Dev Ops and CI/CD work experience and knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Disciplined approach to unit testing and TDD where appropriate
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous integration, and deployment

United States – Redwood City Office (GHQ): 163,000 – 245,000 USD per year

United States – Frisco Office (DAF): 136,000 – 204,000 USD per year

These ranges represent the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for a full‑time position determined by role, level, and location. Bonus, equity, and benefits are not included in the base pay.
