About The JobFollowing the launch of our new social blogging app, Things Book, in the United States & Canada, we are now focused on scaling the platform and enhancing the user experience. You will join a small, agile U.S.
-based team of approximately 10 members, working in close partnership with a dedicated development team of about 30 members located in Korea. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a live product in a fast‑paced environment while benefiting from the stability and resources of a global technology leader.
- Support Product
Roadmap:
Assist in identifying innovative features that empower personal storytelling and community engagement, contributing to the long‑term roadmap for Things Book. - Korean Technical Documentation:
Help define and document detailed product requirements (PRDs) in Korean, providing clear and actionable guidance for the Korea‑based engineering team. - Cross‑border
Collaboration:
Facilitate smooth communication between the U.S. and Korea teams via Slack and Zoom, ensuring specifications are clearly understood and project updates are shared. - User Insight & Data Analysis:
Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing pain points to propose actionable product improvements, focusing on enhancing the user journey from discovery to interaction. - Operational Execution:
Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support the delivery of data‑driven updates and ensure efficient project milestones.
- Education:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (MBA preferred), or a recent graduate eligible for OPT. - Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and Korean is required, with the ability to translate product concepts into clear Korean technical documentation. - Communication
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones. - Experience:
Prior experience or a strong interest in Product Management, social media platforms, or the tech industry is a plus.

Full‑Time Internship (3 months, with a possible 3‑month extension. Full‑time employment may be considered based on performance and business needs.) - Location:
California (must be able to work in Los Angeles or SF Bay Area). - Work arrangement:
Hybrid (In‑office and remote). - Pay: $30/hr.
- Eligibility:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis (CPT/OPT required for F‑1 students). Sponsorship for employment visa status is unavailable.
