• Responsible for the design and development of UI
• A strong commitment to meeting high expectations of end users with regard to UI
• Utilize storyboarding and mock ups to communicate with customers and meet needs
• Evaluate existing platforms; improve and enhance features
• Experience working in a Scrum environment
• Experience working in an environment with code reviews and daily builds
• A strong understanding of the middle and back ends as it relates to implementing interfaces
• An entrepreneurial spirit in which you take ownership of your product and work to continuously improve
• Partner with marketing team for direction and consistency with the firm's direction on look and feel of its brand and partner brands
• Focus on UI development using HTML5, CSS3, Knockout.js and Bootstrap, while contributing to technologies that best suit the solutions

• Solid understanding of UX and UI design with emphasis on intuitive, slick, modern designs
• Practical experience with jQuery, JSON, AJAX
