Seasonal Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a Seasonal Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Accounting team during our peak season from August through January
, with the opportunity to be considered for rehire for the next seasonal term (May through January). The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Assist with month‑end closing tasks related to accounts payable
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper approvals and coding
• Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally

Full‑time, Seasonal
August – January (with potential to return for May – January season)

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
