Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Reedley, California. Travel – temporary assignment starting 08/17/2026 for about 8 weeks. 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour day shift (3x12s). • Provide direct obstetric nursing care for a patient or group of patients following the nursing process and established standards of care.
• Monitor labor progress, fetal status, and maternal condition; administer medications per orders and document care accurately.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to clinical decisions; elevate concerns as appropriate.
• Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transition care within the scope of L&D.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
• Experience in labor and delivery or high-acuity obstetric care preferred
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements and work in a hospital setting
