Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
  Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS:
  Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS:
  Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field
• Must have EPIC experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant data pertaining to the patient's health or situation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and the patient's family.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and family members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
