- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS required
- Minimum of two years recent experience in the field
- Current BLS certification
- EPIC experience required
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards and clinical guidelines.
- Assess patients' health needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide education to patients and families.
- Ensure a safe and healing environment for patients during their care.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate continuity of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff in providing patient care.
