• Assignment support with dedicated contacts throughout the assignment

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Triage and manage patient flow in the emergency department, respond to emergencies with critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other team members; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Active California RN license.
• Availability for day shifts; 12-hour shifts as scheduled.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (when applicable).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to supervise and mentor staff as needed.
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and to travel if required.
