Through Plateco's work instructions and customer purchase orders, you will zinc plate raw metal components to protect them from rust, corrosion, and environmental wear, ensuring every part meets customer specifications and our high-quality standards.

Our pay-for-performance program rewards your productivity—the more you plate, the more you earn.

Starting Pay: $23.00/hr

Forklift Certified: $23.06/hr

Line Certification: $23.85/hr

Post-Training Pay-for-Performance Rate:
Average earnings of $26.11
