Seats Incorporated is currently seeking to fill a Robot Welder position on our first shift. Robot Welders operate machines that use mechanized programmable tools (Robots) to automate the welding process.
No experience...No problem! We will train.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate and program robotic welding machines
- Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
- Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
- Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
- Read and follow work instructions
- Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs.
We currently have openings on the following shifts:
2nd shift: 2:45 pm-1:15 AM Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible on Friday.
Friday overtime may be mandatory
Saturday overtime is always voluntary

Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $22.80 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months thereafter, based on performance, to a maximum of $26.10 per hour.
