The Forklift Driver will be responsible for driving a forklift, bringing cores to the machines, and supporting day-to-day production activity.
We have multiple 2nd and 3rd shift openings in multiple departments.
What You'll Do:- Operate power forklift to transport materials, distribute and organize castings, patterns, cores, etc. in assigned areas, as necessary.
- Examine gauges as appropriate to make sure the truck is operating properly.
- Report any truck problems to supervisor.
- Perform daily forklift condition audit by completing the daily forklift check sheets and forwarding them to supervisor.
- Ensure that the product is being packed into proper shipping containers.
- Complete inventory tickets and routing forms as required.
- Itemize data and input into inventory database, as necessary.
- Utilize delay time constructively by doing housekeeping or other area improvement activities.

- Previous Forklift Experience is required.
