Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored administrative support to Investment Advisors
• Maintain compliance standards for client dealings and files

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
• Participate in marketing activities for relationship building
Requirements:
• Administrative experience, preferably in finance
• Completed Canadian Securities Course or equivalent
