Responsibilities  Receiving inbound calls and entering requests while providing high level customer service.
Prioritize daily tasks such as paperwork, spreadsheets and ticket sorting.
Multi-task, prioritize, and be attentive to detail.
Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick-up concerns.
Understand the importance of safety.
Navigate mapping in Regina and surrounding areas.
Dispatch and route calls to drivers in and out of the City.
Perform various other office duties as required.
