Casual Administrative Positions (Non-Student)

The University of Regina is seeking individuals for casual and short-term clerical positions to meet the needs of various departments and units on campus. These positions are part of a pool that will be refreshed annually.

Department: Human Resources – Org Dev & People Programs

Employee Group: CUPE 5791

Salary: $16.30 per hour

Status: Casual (Open until 12/31/2026)

Job Summary: The University of Regina seeks individuals interested in casual and short-term clerical positions. A pool of candidates is needed to meet the needs of various departments and units on campus. Applicants would be expected to carry out a variety of office duties. The purpose of this posting is to build a pool of candidates for casual and short-term positions, refreshed annually.

Job Requirements: Highly motivated people with strong customer service skills, a wide range of computer skills, and office experience. Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter clearly identifying qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and availability. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and the work must be performed within Canada.
