At Hopes Home, the Administrative Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing essential support to executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with organizational bylaws. You will also contribute to special projects, liaising with various stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CEO and CFO administrative tasks
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Board
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Manage organizational events and job grants
• Assist with special projects and initiative tracking
Requirements:
• Required Office Administration certificate
• Minimum 4 years of experience in executive support
• Familiarity with Board operations preferred
