Job Role: Reporting to the Manager of Central Scheduling, the Workforce Scheduler is accountable for the publication of unionized work schedules and the fulfillment of unplanned immediate and planned future staffing needs that promote a work/life/family balance while ensuring compliance with Labour Standards, Sask Gaming Policies, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. The Workforce Scheduler ensures that the scheduling and timekeeping data in the Kronos system is up to date and accurate in order to ensure team members are scheduled and paid accurately.

They are also accountable for the inspection of, and error identification in employee time sheets in the Kronos system and alerting management to errors prior to payroll approval. The Workforce Scheduler must be able to work as early as 6:30am or as late as 7:00pm, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel training, a minimum of one to three years of related work experience and experience in interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreement provisions. Experience with Kronos or similar timekeeping software would be considered an asset. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Eligibility:

All applicants must be at least 19 years of age to apply. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be willing to work different shifts which include evenings, nights and weekends. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
