In this role, you will work alongside the Crop Inputs Location Manager to provide top-tier agronomic support. Your responsibilities will include operational management, customer interaction, and identifying agronomy consulting opportunities to foster growth. This position is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture and innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional agronomic knowledge and customer service
• Report and achieve business targets annually
• Create and manage agronomy programs in the region
• Advise and support fellow agronomists and staff
• Drive innovation with new product strategies
Requirements:
• Retain professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture; relevant experience preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in sales agronomy
• Previous management experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
