Position: Business Analyst Role
Become a key player in the Nuclear Business Technology team as a Senior Business Analyst in Regina, SK. Engage in business analysis, workshop facilitation, and effective communication throughout the project.

This role requires two experienced Business Analysts who will focus on requirements management and deliver high-quality presentations for the NBT program. The ideal candidates will have over five years of experience in software delivery roles and possess exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements

• Analyze and document complex business concepts clearly

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Manage requirements effectively for software projects

• Utilize Business Process Modeling and Journey Mapping techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst role

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field

• Familiarity with User Centered Design principles

• Experience in workshop facilitation and documentation
