Position: Coordinator for Facilities Equipment
Join the City of Regina as a Facilities Equipment Coordinator overseeing furniture and fixture management. Ensure seamless procurement processes and asset tracking for impactful corporate projects.

In this term role with the Facilities Building Services, you will be instrumental in the administration of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various projects. Your responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary oversight. Your ability to facilitate effective communication will enhance collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the asset tracking of FF&E

• Coordinate equipment acquisitions and policies

• Manage procurement and supplier relationships

• Prepare purchase requisitions and requests

• Conduct regular project and move meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or a related discipline

• 3-5 years' experience in facilities management

• Familiarity with purchasing policies

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
