- Join our Market Pricing team, where you’ll analyze loan pricing results, spot meaningful trends and connect insights across competitive intelligence, fees, credit risk authorities and market adjustments.
- You’ll build relationships that help bring together the full story behind pricing performance, while relying on your strong analytical judgment and ability to ask thoughtful questions.
- Partnering closely with Sales, you’ll incorporate local market perspectives into pricing strategies and design clear and practical ways to share results with senior leadership.
- Across Go-to-Market, Finance, Strategy and Domain teams, you’ll help improve how pricing information is organized and used, drawing on your curiosity, problem-solving mindset and commitment to improving data quality and simplifying processes.
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive at connecting people, data and insights in a way that supports better decision-making.
- Enhance existing processes and analysis by applying critical thinking and integrating new methodologies, perspectives and insights
- Maintain and adjust pricing models by incorporating regional differences, variance across industries and historical trends
- Balance FCC's strategic objectives, competitive intelligence and market dynamics in price adjustments
- Synthesize data from various models, forecasts and performance data, create documentation, and present findings and recommendations
- Support managers, directors, and operational leaders and lenders with insights relating to loan pricing decisions and their financial impacts
- Lead the development and continual improvement of key customer and market analytics, critical pricing reports and performance measures
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate pricing behaviour, performance trends and market shifts - and summarize findings for senior leaders and decision makers
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
- Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics or statistics
- Minimum four years of relevant experience, preferably within a pricing domain
- Expert-level proficiency in visualization and communication of key results to stakeholders
- Familiarity with a wide range of tools and knowledge domains, including but not limited to revenue management, price optimization, market analysis, customer analysis and customer targeting
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SAS VIYA Visual Analytics, Amazon Quick Sight and/or Tableau
- Direct experience with RAROC or risk-based pricing
- Bilingualism (English and French)
