As a Wealth Associate or Senior Wealth Associate, you have an integral role in providing exceptional customer service experience. You will provide administrative support including the management of client files and accounts, meeting preparation, report generation, and research assistance. You will partner with the Advisors to understand the business goals and support the execution of their business plan. You will develop rapport with clients as well as build trust with external and internal stakeholders.
You will maintain compliant client information and become an expert at navigating our CRM and Analytic systems, taking pride in ensuring all interactions meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.

The experience you bring:
Post‑secondary education in finance, business, commerce, or related fields.
Experience in the insurance or wealth industry
CIRO license is required for the Senior position
CRM experience is an asset
